Vrutika is an intrapreneur. Her journey at IdeateLabs started fourteen years ago as Manager - Finance, to now the second largest shareholder and Director. She charts the organizational roadmap, growth strategy, and operational efficiencies and oversees new client acquisitions. Her contributions have led to enormous growth year-on-year, expanding the organization's presence across international markets. She mentors 350+ professionals at IdeateLabs and focuses on driving the team to follow their passion, leading to multiple offerings across the marketing, technology, and experiences space.
Before her stint with IdeateLabs, Vrutika worked at Reliance Infocomm and GroupM.
Vrutika holds an MBA degree from Symbiosis with a double specialization in Finance and Operations and has completed her IPCC from ICAI.
