Sonu is the India leader of People Advisory Services practice of EY India. She is also member of EY India Regional Executive Leadership and Governing Committee - EY India Foundation for Corporate Social Responsibility.

Passionate about issues on Gender Diversity, Sonu has a clear focus on Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) to build a better working world. She is a firm believer that D&I is not just a business imperative but also an economic imperative to drive inclusive growth. In her role as Lead Partner Sponsor for EY India’s D&I agenda, Sonu drives and influences internal and external initiatives around D&I including EY’s “Women Fast Forward” programs to promote advancement of women in their careers and particularly help women grow into leadership roles and on Corporate Boards.
