Richard Lobo

Richard Lobo joined Infosys in 2000 and had led several people management functions in the company. In his current role, he focusses on making Infosys an exceptional place to work, bringing a strong alignment of the people function with business strategy.
As a member of the company’s leadership team, he is responsible for several key business initiatives for the company. He also serves on the board of Infosys Consulting AG.
He is a frequent speaker at global industry forums as well as advices academia and industry bodies on global HR trends. Prior to joining Infosys, he was with the Godrej group in the sales and marketing function.
Richard holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a post graduate diploma in management.
