She’s accumulated wealth of experience by serving the space of TM, L&OD, DEI, HR Strategic Projects, M&A and Right Environment, ensuring measurable outcomes for employees, shareholders, customers and communities. She’s a DEI Advisor invested in creating adaptive learning ecosystem and building Inclusion capability using scientific and analytical insights. Being a Lawyer by academic qualification, she brings on a legal lens to the aspect of risk mitigation – People & Org.
A committed champion of communities, she serves on numerous committees set up for women empowerment, women in STEM, policy & advocacy, and CSR & AA in cross industry associations at State and National level. She’s partnered with NGOs being a ‘Voice of Change’ working in Social Justice and Equal Rights space. Believe in ‘paying it forward’ she’s a mentor to women on hiatus and students in campus to career transitions, to enable them achieve their full potential.

A graduate in English Literature/Language and Law, she’s practiced in the Court of Law early on in her career. Outside of work, she loves cooking up a storm in her kitchen lab as she missed her calling of a Chef.. she reads, follow music & sports and has a green thumb. She lives her passion of leveraging differences and believe – “It’s not what you Gather, but what you Scatter tells what kind of life you have lived!”.
