Manisha Agarwal

Manisha is a dynamic corporate leader in people function and a member of the
leadership executive team at sportswear brand PUMA for India and Thailand regions.
She has been a driving force behind building the equity, diversity and inclusion agenda
of the No.1 Sports Brand in India.
Manisha’s unique ability to bridge the gap between human resources and business
strategy stems from her vast experience of 25 years across sectors. She graduated in
Business Studies from Delhi University and holds a post graduate degree in Garment
Manufacturing from NIFT.
After having spent 14 years in fashion merchandising with brands such as Gap, Tommy
Hilfiger, Nautica and PUMA, she found her calling in people function and founded an
HR consulting company. She spearheaded the firm’s expansion strategy in the
ecommerce domain, establishing it as a boutique consulting firm for startups. In 2015,
she returned to PUMA to head its HR function.
With a strong view that each person is unique and so is their contribution to an
organisation’s success, Manisha believes in skills that multi-dimensional people bring
to their work and personal lives. Today, she plays a critical role in architecting PUMA
as a purpose-led and future-fit organisation.
In her free time, Manisha enjoys cooking for her family and friends and loves to host
people. A fitness and travel enthusiast, when not at work, she is either planning her
next workout schedule or a vacation
