Maninder is the Global CHRO and Diversity Officer at Mastek Group, with over 25 years of extensive leadership experience in human resources overseeing various growth-enabling functions. She is deeply passionate about repositioning Human Resources and enabling ‘HR-as-an-experience’ for employees. She is also very vocal and ardently supports diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and workplace wellness. Currently, as part of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) at Mastek, she is hustling to make Mastek much more diverse, and inclusive as well as a Future Ready Organization.
