Lynette has a wide range of experience of over 23 years. She has played key leadership roles in HR and led cross functional teams on strategic projects. Lynette has championed leading roles in the areas of Compensation Management, Organization Development, Employee Relations, Internal Communications, HR Consulting, Talent Acquisition and Mergers & Acquisitions.
She leads Amdocs People for the India & APAC region and loves to interact with people across various domains internally and externally in the industry.
On the personal front, she enjoys gardening, reading and going on drives outside the city.
