Likitha Nanda is director of talent acquisition and employment brand at Target in India (TII), the fully integrated global capability center and strategic partner for Target Corporation. Target serves guests at nearly 2,000 stores, and on Target.com in the U.S.

In her role, Likitha leads a team of talent advisors responsible for creating and implementing the talent strategy for diverse portfolios within TII. She also leads employment branding which is focused on building visibility and positive dialogue around the Target in India brand.

Likitha has over 16 years of experience in talent acquisition and is passionate about developing capabilities that allow for diverse & inclusive hiring.  Maintaining a pulse on talent trends & technologies enables her team to identify future talent needs, evaluate the effectiveness of hiring practices and drive engagement strategies that enable and empower business decisions.

Likitha has a bachelor of arts degree in Psychology, Literature & Journalism from Mount Carmel College. In her free time, she enjoys watching shows on travel & lifestyle, interior design, ancient history and fantasy drama. She loves travelling, exploring new restaurants, collecting and reading about art & artefacts.
