Gauri Das is an engineer turned HR Professional with double Masters in Human resources and Psychology.

Gauri is a strategic HR leader with 16+ years of experience in crafting and aligning HR strategy with business goals. She supports businesses in setting the right culture, driving performance, reinventing employee experience and improving capabilities. She carries a wealth of experience with both start-ups and well-established organizations.

She mentors students and young professionals and is associated as a mentor with various institutions including IIT Bombay. She is a passionate speaker and has graced multiple national and international forums as a keynote speaker and panellist. She is a TEDx speaker and her talk is about creating a possibilitarian mindset. She was Lead Membership for Professional Speakers Associations of India, Mumbai chapter (PSAI). She is national president for wicci future of work council

She is on the advisory panel of various institutes and NGOs. She loves writing and her work has been published in leading publications including TOI, Economic Times, people matters, human capital mid Day etc. She has been featired in various national and global publications. She is passionate about women empowerment and is leading a Leanin circle called Leaders Lifting Leaders.
