Dr Vivek Suneja
Head and Dean, Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi University
Dr Vivek Suneja is Professor of Strategy, and Head and Dean of FMS, the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. As a Felix Scholar, he studied for his doctoral degree at the University of Reading in the United Kingdom. For over a decade, he taught at various premier Universities in Britain including at the University of Salford, Manchester and at the Open University Business School. Upon his return to India, he joined FMS as Professor. He has served as Dean Planning of the University of Delhi, and as Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the University of Delhi. Recently, he was Chairperson of the NEP Interdisciplinary Courses Committee of Delhi University which formulated new courses including ‘Ethics and Culture’, ‘Social and Emotional Learning’, ‘Innovation and Entrepreneurship’, ‘Science and Society’ and ‘IT Skills and Data Analysis’. Over the years, Prof. Suneja has done consulting and training work for several prominent international and national firms and organisations. He is deeply committed to furthering societal well being.
