Deepti Sagar is a Partner in Consulting function of Deloitte India. She has over 18 years of Advisory experience with specialization in Transformation services for Customer Experience Management for B2C, B2B and B2B2C segments across wide array of sectors like TMT, FS, Consumer, Public Services and Utilities sector. She has a balance of multi-disciplinary and multi-geography work credentials covering over 15 countries, with extensive experience in Australia, APAC and South Africa.
She leads Customer Experience Transformation suite of solution offering for Deloitte in India. Working with a cross section of Indian and global clients, she helps organisations shape their Customer Transformation Agenda. This includes designing customer value proposition to drive tangible outcomes for the business. Her spectrum of work covers design and implementation of best fit customer operating models, service excellence enablement, deploying digital & AI platforms for future of service transformation and implementing measures for building customer advocacy customer loyalty.
Deepti has contributed to various industry thought leaderships in CX domain and has participated in various industry forum panel discussions and events. Prior to Deloitte, she was working with KPMG in India.
