Chetan Garga

Chetan Garga joined Allstate on November 5, 2012, bringing an enviable combination of technology leadership and financial service experiences.

He has nearly thirty years of experience across Financial Services, IT Product Development and General Management with more than 15 years in building technology solutions for Global financial markets, as well as setting up operations for multinational firms in India.

Before joining Allstate, Chetan served as Senior Vice President of Wealth Management and Banking at SunGard in India, where he managed teams in India, China and Tunis and setup Operations for Northern Trust in India.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Chetan is also a Sloan Fellow from London Business School and an alumni interviewer for the Sloan program. He has also completed an Executive program at the Kellogg School of Management. Chetan is currently the chair of the NASSCOM GCC council for Karnataka (Sector body for IT and ITES companies in India).

Championing the belief of 'giving back to the community‘, Chetan has been proactively involved in social initiatives such as micro finance, and supporting schools for the less privileged. He is also active in sports, coaching his two boys in tabletennis, squash & soccer an avid traveller and a wine & food connoisseur.
